"Rarely do I post reviews but felt compelled to do so for an Atlanta based, woman-owned, meeting and planning company. After discussing my company’s needs with 15 meeting management companies, I selected them for their confidence-inspiring experience.
The backdrop – 350 attendees, including Korean dignitaries, at a manufacturing company conference in Las Vegas. Robyn Davis offered endless customization options during the planning process, and quickly became a direct, hands-on partner. She and her staff were highly organized, energetic, deeply experienced, and impressively responsive to our needs.
Disaster averted: Our CEO places great emphasis on spectacular stage sets, but the hardware required to construct ours was inadvertently left at HQ 2,000 miles away, leaving us no options. The team sprang into action - borrowed a departing company’s stage set, hired a graphic designer, signage printer, delivery service, and stage set assembly team. Within 3 hours our brand-new stage set was completed, literally just in time for the welcome reception. Our CEO was amazed by how quickly and competently Robyn and her staff averted a would-be disaster.
Also, Robyn Davis was a very savvy negotiator who unexpectedly saved us more than $100k in hotel and F&B fees. Their management fee structure is completely transparent, and vendor pricing is never marked-up, which are all critically important factors for me when choosing a planning company.

I would like to offer our sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding performance of the team during our Circle of Excellence incentive program The entire event was a huge success and the rockin’ 50s costume dinner and dancing party was truly exceptional. The feedback regarding the trip has been unanimously and exuberantly positive and the team was complimented over and over again for their professionalism, attention to detail, and personal attentiveness. As coordinator for this event, I am especially grateful to Robyn for the outstanding job she did in overseeing the development organization of the program. Her professionalism, creativity, and seemingly limitless well of ideas and energy kept us on track and resulted in a seamless flow of exceptional events. We could not have done this without her! I would also like to make special note of the final night's party. It was the shining star of our program. The idea to design a party around a 50’s theme was a perfect fit for our company's culture. From the preannounced costume contest and the goody filled lunch box invitations delivered to everyone’s room to beautifully restored cars (that we could actually sit in!), the crazy tattoo beauty parlor stands, and the fantastic dance band, the night delivered high energy fun that had everyone up and out of their seats. It was a huge hit!
