Incentive Cruise with Pre-Night at Epcot
Project Type
Incentive Trip
We rewarded corporate incentive winners with a three-night cruise on board Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas. To ensure that all global attendees arrived in time and to provide white glove service to them with the cruise boarding process, we planned and operated a pre-night at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club in Orlando, Florida.
Attendees were greeted at the airport and then arrived at the resort via dedicated airport transfers. Upon arrival, we provided them with personalized welcome packets complete with everything they could possibly need to enjoy a worry-free cruise, including printed cruise tags placed inside cruise tag holders, a detailed agenda, name badges inside holders that would also hold their cruise key cards (with the option of a lanyard or a carabiner), their cruise documents, branded luggage identifier wraps, reusable straws, and more.
The first evening, the group was transported to Epcot on a coach bus and was welcomed to their President's Club with a spectacular and memorable private Welcome Dinner inside the Living Seas at Epcot (a perfect match for their upcoming cruise). During dinner, attendees enjoyed a spectacular view of marine life in the large aquarium and were treated to Disney melodies played live on piano.
Following dinner, Disney cast members walked the group to the France Pavillion where a private dessert and cocktail reception was waiting for them in a prime viewing area for the park's nighttime laser and fireworks show and with colorfully glowing centerpieces. Following the awe-inspiring show, we had one more trick up our sleeves! On the way out of the park, the group was given the opportunity to enjoy a private ride on the new Ratatouille attraction.
The next morning, the group enjoyed a hearty breakfast outside on the boardwalk with lighthouse centerpieces and a view of the marina. While eating, the group's luggage was pulled from their rooms by hotel staff. Following breakfast, everyone gathered at the bus, identified their luggage and were transported to Port Canaveral to embark onto the ship. Due to our planning team's careful organization of the group, the boarding process was seamless, and they were all able to board at the same time. When the cabins on the ship became available, attendees were surprised to find that our staff had placed branded magnets on each stateroom door identifying them as President's Club winners.
Night one on the ship included a private welcome reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres, full bar, and a fabulous Caribbean band. Company executives welcomed the group and congratulated them on a job well done the previous year. Following the reception, the group dined together in the main dining room of the ship.
The following day, the group was at leisure the entire day at sea to enjoy the amenities of the ship. Each stateroom was given a substantial shipboard credit to use as they chose. That evening, the group once again dined together in the main dining room.
The final full day, the entire group was treated to the VIP experience on Royal Caribbean's private island where they were waited on by island staff in private cabanas. In a row of side-by-side cabanas, attendees ate, drank, and bonded on the beautiful Bahamian beach with executives and colleagues. That night, we ended their trip with a delectable private dinner buyout of Chops Grille on board the ship. Attendees were given a choice of high-end made-to-order dishes including Chops famous filet mignon.
President's Club winners and their guests debarked the ship with closer relationships with their colleagues and feeling appreciated and rewarded for their exemplary efforts. Our team bonded with each attendee of this trip and were told over and again that they felt valued and taken care of throughout the entire process from the moment their award was announced, through the registration process and until they returned home.
